  1. List your top five resolutions:
    1) Eat healthier. Always eat healthier.
    2) Learn a new skill or develop one that I already have;
    3) Help my boy to be the best student in his class;
    4) Be the best wife I can be;
    5) Grow my relationship with God.
  2. How do you hold yourself accountable for keeping your resolutions? 
    I usually use my Blackberry’s notes section to document all my resolutions. Seems the phone is good for something after all. 🙂
  3. How do you define what the most important goals are?
    I normally go with the first things that pop into my head. My brain is very organised like that – the rest of my world, not so much!(I’m organised from the inside lol) But some of the most important things in my life is my relationship with God, my hubby and my kids.So if those are up there on my list, then I know it has to be just about right.
  4. What are the consequences of not achieving your goals?
    Well, looking at my resolutions list for 2015, I see that “write new songs” and “play more guitar” is on it. Both of which I definitely did NOT do this year.So I am feeling like a flop right now. The beauty of life is that each morning comes with a new opportunity to start all over again!
  5. What are some of the obstacles in your way?
    Tiredness. I have a 13-month-old and all of her cuteness requires a lot of attention ALL of  the time. If I had more energy perhaps I would be more motivated to accomplish my goals.#justsaying 🙂
  6. Share some light advice on the best methods/ways to keeping your resolutions that work for you.
    I have found that I stick to my resolutions best when I have a daily visual to keep me encouraged and stimulated. A dream chart is a great idea!I also believe that reaching your goal 1 realistic BABY step at a time will make it much more believable and achievable!
